Whether or not you are a music lover doesn’t matter; it’s never a bad thing to have some good music on your computer. And the way we used to do a decade ago, you don’t have to download and save it on your computer. On your mobile, you can just download some applications of your choice and listen to the numbers whenever you want. You can choose from a broad music genre, categorised into albums, artists, chartbusters, et al. These days, there are some applications available that you can download in a few seconds on your phone and listen to old classics with the new chartbusters.
Here are some of the 2020 music applications mentioned below, which you can download very easily on your phone:
- Amazon Prime Music: Released in February 2018, it is now possible to find Amazon Prime Music on the phones of many Airtel customers. You won’t have to pay an extra amount to use Amazon Prime Music if you are an Airtel postpaid customer, as an Amazon Prime member will use it without paying any extra penny. You have to take a certain package for which you can get a free Amazon Prime subscription if you are a prepaid Airtel customer.
- Wynk: Wynk is a music app created by Bharti Airtel, India’s telco giant. You can download the app from your computer, but you need the support of the Airtel Thanks App to enable it. As an add-on feature that would be available under some of their mobile plans, Wynk music was implemented. However, by paying Rs 99 monthly for Android phones, you can enjoy the app. You’ll have to pay Rs 120 a month if you are an iOS user.
- Gaana: Gaana is one of India’s oldest music apps that has attracted a large number of users. The service is advertisement-supported and generally free. There is, however, a subscription-based premium service option that will allow you to save songs offline. This service is called Gaana Plus, for which you have to pay an annual subscription of Rs 99 monthly and Rs 999.
- SoundCloud: It’s a listening app for online music and is very close to YouTube. The songs listed in the app can be listened to and you can even build an account and upload your favourite music. With this app, you can find a lot of copyright-free music that you can use in your videos. There is no offline support, however.
- JioSaavn: The music streaming service merged with Jio, formerly referred to as Saavn, and became JioSaavn. One of the great aspects that everybody loves about this app is that, even if you have low data speed, music streams in this app. Saavn also has a subscription-based premium service, similar to Gaana, which can be made available at Rs 99 per month.
There are countless songs from various genres in each of these music applications. These applications are easy to instal and fully user-friendly on the phone. They will all take up very little room on your computer, and according to your convenience, you can play the music of your choice.
So, if you turn to music to help regulate your moods, tap your feet, soothe your senses after a long day for relaxation, destress, or strengthen your workout routine. Basically, you can select a music app and instal it on your phone for your overall well-being and immediately get access to millions of songs without thinking about downloading the album. You can simply add it and play at your will in your library. And as technology advances, the experience becomes all the better to make your kind of music easily available with a better recommendation engine.
