The research psychiatrist Franz Wendtner states: “Music is an integral component of our emotional and physical well-being – because I was baby in the womb of our mom hearing the rhythm of her heartbeat.

‘Listening to music every day for approximately 25 minutes or less could contribute to preventing discomfort and making you sleep better.’ ‘
