If you’re searching for only one thing that contributed to an epidemic of fatness across the world, you might need to look no farther than the statistic from above. According to the author, 90 per cent of the rise in calorie consumption during the last 30 decades (roughly almost the same duration of drastic increase in obesity) has resulted from improved food intake. In other terms, one of the most significant habits that seems to have culminated in fatness is often snacking.
Snacking is a very recent thing, and the boy is getting people fat. We also state that the cause for obesity is over-abundance of food or elevated sugar in these items. Yet generations ahead of us have almost the same or somewhat close illnesses-and they didn’t get fat. However, the gap between the generations is always snacking.
There is no such thing as a “good” snack
Today, I want to find this out to you. Snacking is a gluttonous act unless you are simply a creature who is supposed to graze. A cow might be a clear example of that. Yet humans are not cows. We’re not the grassroots. We’ve been jagged eaters. We’re expected to take a drink, and then we’re going to rest before we have our meal. That’s the way we’re supposed to be.
For the last 30 years, we’ve been fooled by sheer rhythm due to the introduction of “good” treats. We can enjoy treats, because the food industry assures us that they’re perfect for us and that they’re going to keep us better.
What a complete and complete nonsense.
First of all, there is no such thing as “good” food in fact. Either there’s food you should consume, or there’s food you could avoid. We know very easily which food you should consume and which is better. The term “good” food is just a marketing gimmick that has little sense at all.
We exist in a time with processed non-foods. The manufacturers of these non-foods have played a trick on us and have even found these non-foods very enticing. They please them with chemicals and compounds that reach the gratification centres in their brains, disguising the reality that they are not food in any sense, and allowing us to rush out to get more.
But they’re not food in any sense, and to call them “good” is only a trick for us to eat them. Plus, it’s working.
Not only is there anything but “good” food in character, there’s almost nothing like “snack.” Food must be harvested, hunted, prepared, baked, and then consumed. This approach requires a lot of time and resources. Snacking doesn’t really get into the equation. It’s unheard of, so much so that in France, the word snacking is “le snacking.”
Snacking has only been implemented in the last 30 years. It’s a reality that the whole planet has an overabundance of food, but what’s the best way to get people to eat it? Make a trendy thing to do between ingesting. How do you build a fashionable diet? Ok, label that safe. The result? A tonne of consumption.
BINGO! BINGO!
Yet there is simply no such thing as a nutritious snack. Don’t believe that consuming fruits, almonds, berries or “safe” bars through diet is really well for you. It’s not. It’s gluttony at the highest stage, no matter what you’re consuming. If you’re a kid, then it’s forgivable, but apart from that, it’s just a first-class fare to fatty territory.
Don’t be a idiot, man. You’re not allowed to feed in meals. Whether you are, you’re being tricked into doing this. As the sentence “fool me once to shame you, fool me twice to shame me.” Break off the snacking problem, and then go back to feeding more like a normal being.
