Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 2 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 envelope plain gelatin (you can experiment with flavors)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
Steps
- Mix Matcha and 4 tablespoons of warm water, dissolve, place individually.
- Combine milk. Let stand 1 minute.
- Cook gelatin mixture over low heat for 5 minutes or until the gelatin dissolves.
- Allow the mixture cool.
- Stir in corn syrup, and the matcha mix, yogurt.
- Pour into a bowl cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Function as yogurt once chilled, or you’ll be able to process through an ice cream manufacturer to get yogurt.
