Labrador tea is simple to brew in your home, as long as you have access. The plant grows in woods springing from inside spots near trees. Select just a few leaves instead of completely harvesting leaves, since the expansion rate of the plant is slow. If you do not intend to go foraging for species or are not near a woods, you might buy leaves out of natural health shops and herbalists. As soon as you have the leaves (fresh or dried), you are ready to brew!
Easy-to-Make Labrador Tea Recipe

Ingredients
- Two teaspoons of labrador leaves (roughly 15-20 leaves)
- 4 cups of filtered water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Directions
- To brew labrador tea, add the tea leaves into a stainless steel kettle of water.
- Bring the water to a boil and then wait patiently till the water changes into a light green color.
- Strain out the water, but don’t discard the tea leaves.
- Refill the pot with water and then deliver it back to a boil.
- The color of this water should slowly become yellowish.
- Strain the mixture into a teapot or cup and revel in it!
- If you would like It’s possible to add a teaspoon of honey.
Notes
Because of the potency of the tea, it’s advised that 1/2 of a cup with tea fills, then add the remainder and water together. Don’t drink over two cups every day Should you drink the undiluted tea.
