Ingredients
- 1 tsp of matcha
- 2 tbsp cane sugars
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (or if you have to lemon juice)
- 1 bottle chilled white-colored champagne
Steps
- In a food blender or food processor, work the mint and sugars, adding the matcha plus lime juice (or if you have to lemon juice) and blend once again.
- Spoon mixture into the beautiful pitcher.
- Slowly put chilled champagne over the particular matcha mint blend.
- Mix lightly to mix nicely.
- Serve in champagne eyeglasses.
