Ingredients
- 1 cup of whipping cream (the colder the better)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (optional)
Steps
- Mix all the ingredients and whip until it holds a stiff peak – meaning when you take a scoop on the end of your whisk and turn it upside-down, the peaks on the scoop hold firm and don’t soften back into itself.
