Matcha Whipped Cream

Matcha creates an organic and stunning approach to color your cream and adds a little intrigue.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whipping cream (the colder the better)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients and whip until it holds a stiff peak – meaning when you take a scoop on the end of your whisk and turn it upside-down, the peaks on the scoop hold firm and don’t soften back into itself.
  2. Use as a topping for desserts or fruit.
